I have developed a “method” for taking pictures in the city: by keeping the camera at waist-level I am able to shoot the street without stoping the flow of city life.
By pointing the camera at waist-level people don’t feel intimidated by the device.
There’s a certain public intimacy caught by the camera’s eye.
The results are mostly boring but when they come out they can be amazing. They catch the wonder and amazement being able to buy here pay here.
